theodia is a tool for the management of Catholic religious services. For the moment, theodia does not admit non-religious events. Moreover, theodia does not admit religious events that are not Catholic. By "Catholic" we mean "Roman Catholic", regardless of the rite. Any religious organization that meets these criteria may apply for theodia services.

Similarly, theodia does not manage any place that is not "catholic", in the sense defined above. The particular cases of ecumenical places, recognized as places of Catholic prayer, may be the subject of a request for insertion. The same goes for special places, such as the "chapels" of the EMS and places of life for the elderly, which are not consecrated places to the strict sense, but where the mass is sometimes celebrated.

3. theodia may stop displaying or maintaining a location, calendar or service

Regardless of the recognition or opinion of official religious bodies, at any level, we reserve the right to refuse or delete, at any time, a place, a calendar, a user, without having to explain the reasons in detail.

4. Intellectual property of contents and license of use

We respond to notices of alleged infringement of copyright and reserve the right to disable the accounts of users who have infringed these rights, regardless of their degree of recidivism.

Some of our services allow you to import, submit, store, send or receive content. You keep all your intellectual property rights on these contents. However, when you import, submit, store, send or receive content through our services, you grant theodia (and anyone working with theodia) a worldwide license to use, storage, reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works (such as translations, adaptations or other modifications intended to improve the functioning of your content through our services), communication, publication, public display, public display or public distribution of such content. This authorization remains even if you stop using our services. Thus, if you add a church card to theodia, theodia retains the right to use the card, the text and the image and any related content, even if you stop using our services.

Make sure that you have all the rights to grant us this license for the content you submit to theodia.
